Anthea was moved out of intensive care to the Trauma Unit (a high dependency ward) last night. She is currently in an observation bed. Sleep continues to be an issue as given the condition of other patients it can be quite noisy where she is at the moment.

PTL for Anthea’s progress! It’s great to have frequent and fresh fuel for prayer – but can there be an occasional mention of how Mike’s bearing up, too, please?
We prayed for you both at the SEAN Trustees meeting when we heard the news last week, and there’s also on-going prayer at my home group in HT Wallington.
It’s good to know that the Lord is in charge of the treatment and the outcome – no better hands than His!

Thanks for the updates, they have been a great help to all of us as we try as often as possible to be specific in prayer. Thank you Lord for Anthea & Mikes recovery. The people in Garvagh constantly ask us how you both are. You are both fondly remembered by them as our recent guests for a confirmation service in June.
Blessings to you all.

Good news about the move out of ICU and into High Dependency.
Continuing to pray for you all as Anthea’s progress wends its way- particularly the sleep issue.
Thanks for frequent updates to Oliver – it is such a help to receive information in an unobtrusive way.

It has been many years since I last saw Mike & Anthea (St. Leonards, Amersham) but when I heard the news I was devastated.
Hearing the move from intensive care is a definite possitive.
My thoughts, prayers & best wishes go out to you & the whole family at this time & may a speedy & full recovery be blessed upon you.

You have been in our prayers and on our minds ever since we heard of your accident. I have had requests for news of you from Addiscombe.
Last year, when I was in BRI for serious surgery, I had large amounts of morphine, which, with possibly other things, sent me into a long hallucinatory nightmare – so I appreciate some of your recent experiences!

Dear Bishop Mike and Anthea
It is so encouraging to have news of progress. We are keeping St Peter’s Bishopsworth up to date on your news and are all praying constantly for you both. It is good to know specifically what needs prayer as the situation changes – so sleep is our priority. Bishop Mike YOU must also get some rest!!
With our love and prayers
